Chris has been a part of epiGenesys since its formation, having previously obtained a first class masters degree in Computer Science at The University of Sheffield. He is experienced with Microsoft technologies and data management applications, and was extensively involved in the specification and development of our Mirage randomisation system.

Glen is one of our newest developers, joining epiGenesys after obtaining a first class masters degree in Computer Science with Mathematics at The University of Sheffield. His focus is on web-based technologies, favouring Ruby in conjunction with JavaScript and semantic markup, and he currently leads development of our Prospect data capture system.

David was formerly Managing Director of Sheffield University Enterprises Limited, where he enjoyed pitting his broad industrial experience against the challenge of identifying how best to commercialise the vast range of intellectual property created at the University of Sheffield. Prior to this David has worked for Ford Motor Company, British Leyland (now Rover), Rank Xerox Limited and Cambridge Consultants Limited, and has also co-founded and invested in three start-up companies.

Development Manager Anthony Nettleship

Anthony joined epiGenesys having previously completed a masters degree in Computer Science at The University of Sheffield, and following the launch of his 'Big Purple Fish' web development company. He has a great deal of experience in web development and was responsible for implementation of the Mirage voice system.

Mike recently joined epiGenesys after completing a masters degree in Computer Science at The University of Sheffield, during which he was a software developer and systems administrator in Genesys Solutions. He is skilled in a range of web technologies including ASP.NET using the MVC framework, PHP and Ruby using the Merb framework.

Mike set up the pioneering student-run software company Genesys Solutions in 1993, which successfully developed software for a wide range of clients and provided students with extremely valuable experience in the real world of commercial software development. It was the success of Genesys Solutions that resulted in the formation of epiGenesys in 2007. Mike has research interests in software testing and modelling of complex systems, and also has much experience in collaborating with researchers from a wide range of disciplines to develop software to exploit their research.
