MirageCT
Client:
The School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) at the University of Sheffield.
Aims:
To provide a randomisation service to support the conduct of randomised clinical trials.
Description:
The application must provide extensive capabilities to manage all aspects of a randomised clinical trial. Role-based access control is required to allow a variety of users from ScHARR and from remote sites to use functionality appropriate to their needs. All functionality must be accessible via a website, and certain key functionality must also be available via an interactive telephone service.
Solution:
epiGenesys collaborated with ScHARR to design and implement an application called Mirage CT. The application was implemented using Microsoft technologies, including ASP, C#, the .NET framework and SQL Server, and Envox CT ADE telephony software in conjunction with Dialogic media hardware. epiGenesys is also managing and supporting the randomisation service on behalf of ScHARR.
